Extraordinary General Assembly 2012

Dear Friends,

As you may be aware, at the General Assembly in Copenhagen on the 19th-20th May 2012 not all positions for the Board and Monitoring Committee were filled.  Therefore, we have sent you the invitation to the Extraordinary General Assembly which will take place in Mollina, Spain, on 1^st August 2012.

Participants and registration

Due to financial and venue constraints, delegates should be the same as the participants to the Summer School which will take place from 31^st July (arrival day) to 7^thAugust (departure day). The registration is now closed. You can find more information on the Summer School webpage.

Following the statutes, you cannot submit new proposal nor new amendments to the internal documents but you can submit amendments to VSK proposal about the AFC by 22^nd July.
