School Student Structure Development

OBESSU believes that it is of paramount importance that school students, through their representative structures, are able to advocate the opinions of school students at national level, as well as to create a national-wide movement giving all school students a voice and the strength to fight for their ideas. The school student representative structures are the needed tools to secure school students’ participation and make sure their needs are taken into consideration while making decisions that influence their daily school life and further, their education and life. Building a strong, independent and democratic school student organizations in Europe is what OBESSU strives for as giving the school students a voice is the fundamental idea of school student representation and constitutes our raison d’être.

This group is self-run and doesn’t have a responsible board member. Still there is a contact in the Board: Hreiðar Már Árnason: hreidar(a)obessu.org
