Secretariat

OBESSU has a European secretariat in the International House of Students in Brussels, Belgium where we are housed together with  ESU – the national unions of students in Europe and the two Belgian university student organisations VVS and FEF.

The secretariat is the co-ordination and information centre of the organisation. From the OBESSU secretariat a big part of the preparatory work of the different projects is done as well as OBESSUs continuous lobbying work towards the European institutions. The work of secretariat is lead by the Secretary General. Apart from the Secretary General there are a Project & Policy Officer, Policy Officer of Vocational Education and Training and an External Financial Manager working at the OBESSU secretariat.
