Statement on the Herning Declaration

The Danish Presidency of the EU will hold, in September 2025, a meeting of Ministers responsible for VET at Herning (DK). As part of the agenda, we expect to hear the announcement of the new declaration on European cooperation in VET that will be succeeding the Osnabrück Declaration which will expire in 2025. Together with EAN, we wish to welcome the upcoming Declaration setting a framework that can guide Member States, and all the stakeholders involved, towards the development of more inclusive and attractive VET systems for all.
