Inclusionary - an online tool made by and for students to aid in improving inclusion in student organisations.

Improving inclusion in our organisations is not just the right  thing to do, it also makes us stronger; giving a greater diversity of opinions, creating opportunities to focus on different topics and helping us in becoming a more representative group for stakeholders to take notice of.

Inclusionary is designed to empower the individual to take the initiative to make change in their organisation. To start your journey towards inclusion, take our introductory quiz below to see where your organisation currently stands. We'll then point you in the right direction to take positive steps to achieve your goal, with workshops, events and support from OBESSU where possible.

Inclusionary was designed in the framework of the year-long #OpenDoors – Promoting Inclusion in Student Organisations Work Plan of OBESSU, supported by the European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe.
